Union Triptych III: The Choir

The Union Triptych

Dedicated to their husband

Union Triptych III: The Choir

The Day Star[i] dawns in Gilead[ii].

Walking together in the avenues of our hearts.

We have dined at the Feast of Elijah’s Angel[iii].

Well-fed are all the deep warm hungry holes of our hearts.

The Poets of our Day

carry in our hearts:

Notes Toward the Definition of the Epic Poems of our Age.

We learn to sing together.

Every small act of kindness,

an act of seditious happiness,

in an ugly world.

Birthing unending Beauty.
