Triptych I: The Orchard
We plant an Orchard[ii],
In our Hearts.
In this the Springtime,
Of our Lives.
The Song of their Litany:
Flavercots[iii],
Summer Sun[iv],
Merryweather and Shropshire Prune[v],
Issai[vi],
Fantasia[vii],
Rochester and Avalon Pride[viii],
Concorde[ix],
Opal and Denniston’s Superb[x].
We dig these Gifts[xi],
With Words composting rich.
Triptych II: The Tree of Life
You today, are our Tree of Life.
Ascension’s Candles stand tall[xii].
We water this Orchard today.
Roots, Stem.
Trunk, Bark.
Sap, Branch.
Leaf, Flower, Fruit.
Cordons:
Unfold their sails.
The twelve “leaves of the trees”[xiii],
Extend,
The Hand of Friendship.
Triptych III: The Tree Keepers
We are the Tree Keepers.
The Pack of Three.
Together,
In our own way,
Each Waters today,
You,
Our Tree of Life.
